DIRECTIONS OF USE

Adults: For cardiovascular health and as an antioxidant: Take 1–3 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. For migraine prophylaxis: Take 2–3 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

Duration of use: Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.
